Due to our blank canvas space, we were able to brand the venue seamlessly to the clients’ request, adding additional stage and bar space; giving the client the means to increase attendance and drive their brand message home.

The events musical theme allowed us to let our award-winning sound system & AV displays loose; giving the event attendees the feeling of being in a multimillion-pound production.

The clients’ main concern was ensuring the security was polite & friendly yet serious and professional. Delegate safety was paramount and due to our decades of experience that is exactly what our security partners are.

Our clients and musicians had a fantastic time. Everyone was impressed with the venue, and although it was busy, they were always served quickly at the bar and box office. The venue certainly had the ‘wow’ factor and the Senior Directors were very proud of our event being held with the team.

JLL Christmas Party Food Ministry of Sound

Covering the available space in the snow was not a problem. From tropical beaches to volcano canyons; we have the experience and commitment to morph our space into your wildest desires.

Our catering partners are just that and we work in tandem to support our clients’ needs. If we can’t offer something we will find out who can and negotiate the best rate using our vast industry knowledge.

I met the team at Ministry of Sound at an event and just knew I could work with them. After a swiftly organised meeting they really bought into our event concept and when I offered the floor to see if they had any ideas, they showed that they listened to my objectives and understood what I wanted to accomplish. The event went to plan and looked amazing, my Managing Director was extremely happy.

International Live Events Association

The International Live Events Association is the association for event industry professionals that are passionate about knowledge, networking and event creativity. They decided to launch a new awards ceremony celebrating creative disruption within events at Ministry of Sound.

Event Objective: ILEA wanted to create an interactive experience within the venue, while further show casing creativity by taking a non-traditional approach to set production. All this was to be achieved without the aid of a budget.

Key Requirements

  1. Originality
  2. Sponsorship solutions
  3. Interactivity

Attendance: 200+
Event Type: Awards

The first thing we set out to achieve was a non-conventional set up for the awards ceremony. This came to fruition with the bar becoming the stage area and the gantry becoming the band performing area. This really gave the audience a feeling of immersion and being in the thick of the action.

As ILEA is a not for profit organisation with a more modest budget, in order to achieve the interactivity we managed to secure top sponsors on their behalf to deliver this. The clients’ favourite was ‘Ice Box’, who created a sensory room where guests were blindfolded and walked around a dedicated space. Each guest had the opportunity to feel and taste incredible ice sculptures whilst our in-house Dolby surround sound system challenged their hearing.

We are over the moon with the event and what we have achieved together. As a non-profit association, we rely heavily on our event partners for support. The team made us feel like a FTSE100 company; our awards went down as a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without them.
